CUSIP or ISIN Number Sample Clauses

The CUSIP or ISIN Number clause identifies the specific securities involved in an agreement by referencing their unique identification codes. In practice, this clause ensures that all parties are clear about which financial instruments are being discussed or transacted, using standardized codes such as the CUSIP (for U.S. securities) or ISIN (internationally). By specifying these numbers, the clause eliminates ambiguity and reduces the risk of errors or disputes regarding the identity of the securities covered by the contract.
