Custodial/Maintenance. Employees shall submit their preferred vacation period to the administration for approval prior to April 1 of each year. Normally custodial staff shall take their vacations during July and August. Requests for custodial staff for vacation other than for the period of July or August, shall be made, in writing, to the Superintendent and/or designate and a decision shall be made through mutual agreement.
