Custodian arrangements. If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, each Chargor must: (a) promptly give notice to any custodian of any agreement with that custodian in respect of any Investment in a form the UK Security Trustee may require; and (b) use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the custodian acknowledges that notice in a form the UK Security Trustee may require.
