Common use of Custodian File Clause in Contracts

Custodian File. By the Closing Date or ten Business Days following any related Substitution Date, the Originator, or the Servicer on its behalf, shall cause to be delivered to the Custodian an accurate and complete Custodian File for each Receivable which was sold or substituted, as applicable, on the Closing Date or Substitution Date. Each Custodian File shall be clearly marked with a Contract number, which shall be used by the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee to identify such Contract.
