Custodian’s Fees Clause Samples
Custodian’s Fees. The Custodian is entitled to receive reasonable fees for establishing and maintaining the custodial account. These fees will be set by the Custodian from time to time. The Custodian may change its fee schedule upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the Distributor. The Custodian has the right to charge the custodial account, including the right to liquidate Mutual Fund shares or other investments, or to charge the Depositor for the Custodian's fees, as well as for any income, gift, estate, and inheritance taxes (including any transfer taxes incurred in connection with the investment or reinvestment of the assets of the custodial account), which are levied or assessed against the custodial account assets, and for all other administrative expenses of the Custodian for performing its duties, including any fees for legal services provided to the Custodian.
Custodian’s Fees. The Seller agrees to pay the Custodian’s Fees.
Custodian’s Fees. The Seller promises to pay the fees of the Custodian accrued under this Custody Agreement pursuant to a separate arrangement between them, subject to adjustment annually, or more frequently if and as the Custodian and the Seller may agree from time to time.

Custodian’s Fees. 4.1. The Custodian shall receive from Investors a transaction fee of up to 0.35% (VAT not applicable) of the funds used to purchase any shares.
4.2. The Custodian shall receive from Investors a transaction fee of up to 0.20% (+ VAT) of the funds realised upon the disposal of any shares.
4.3. The Custodian shall receive from Investors an annual administration fee. For the Seneca Managed Storage EIS Fund, this will initially be charged at £25 plus VAT per investee company. For the Seneca Managed Storage EIS Fund No. 2 and/or the Seneca Managed Storage EIS Fund No. 3, this will initially be charged at £55 plus VAT per fund. From April 2021, the annual administration fee will be charged at £35 PLUS VAT per fund. To facilitate this, upon an Investor’s first Subscription to the Service the Custodian will set aside an amount of up to £275 plus VAT from the Investor’s initial Subscription and hold this amount in cash in the Investor’s name, to cover the annual administration fee for the first five years.

The following is a list of the fees charged by the Custodian for maintaining either a Traditional IRA or a ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. • The annual maintenance fee per account is $10.00. • Fees may be paid by you directly, or the Custodian may deduct them from your Traditional or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. • Fees may be changed upon 30 days written notice to you. • The full annual maintenance fee will be charged for any calendar year during which you have a Traditional or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ with us. This fee is not prorated for periods of less than one full year. • If provided for in this Disclosure Statement or the Adoption Agreement, termination fees are charged when your account is closed whether the funds are distributed to you or transferred to a successor custodian or trustee. • The Custodian may charge you for its reasonable expenses for services not covered by its fee schedule. There may be sales or other charges associated with the purchase or redemption of shares of a Fund in which your Traditional IRA or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ is invested.
