Common use of Custodian's Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Custodian's Fees and Expenses. In consideration for the services rendered by the Custodian hereunder, until the Closing Date the Owner, and thereafter each Master Servicer with respect to the fees and expenses relating to the Mortgage Loans serviced by it, shall pay such fees and expenses of the Custodian as are set forth in that certain letter agreement dated August 21, 1997 between the Custodian and the Owner.
