Custody of Storm Recovery Property Records Sample Clauses
The "Custody of Storm Recovery Property Records" clause establishes the responsibility for maintaining and safeguarding all records related to storm recovery property. Typically, this clause designates a specific party—such as a servicer or trustee—to securely hold and manage documents, electronic files, and other records that evidence ownership, transfers, or servicing of the storm recovery property. By clearly assigning custody, the clause ensures that records are preserved, accessible for audits or regulatory review, and protected against loss or unauthorized access, thereby supporting transparency and compliance throughout the life of the transaction.
