Common use of Custom Reports Clause in Contracts

Custom Reports. When requested by the State, the Contractor shall submit custom reports to the Contract Administrator within thirty (30) days of the request.

Custom Reports. When requested by the StateState and agreed upon by Contractor in writing, the Contractor shall submit the custom reports report to the Contract Administrator within thirty (30) days of the requestrequest or upon a mutually agreed upon due date; provided, however, that Contractor can reasonably access the data for the custom report and complete the request without undue burden to its resources. Mutually agreed upon custom reports shall be limited to once a year during the term of this Contract.
