Customary and Enforceable Provisions. The Mortgage contains customary and enforceable provisions such as to render the rights and remedies of the holder thereof adequate for the realization against the Mortgaged Property of the benefits of the security provided thereby including (a) in the case of a Mortgage designated as a deed of trust, by trustee’s sale, and (b) otherwise by judicial foreclosure. There is no other exemption available to the Mortgagor which would interfere with the right to sell the Mortgaged Property at a trustee’s sale or the right to foreclose the Mortgage. The Mortgagor has not notified RWT Holdings and RWT Holdings has no knowledge of any relief requested or allowed to the Mortgagor under the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act of 1940 (now known as the Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act);
