Customer Database. Intuit and iVillage will jointly own all right, title and interest in and to the customer database for Armchair Millionaire and all information regarding users of Armchair Millionaire included therein. Without the prior written consent of the other party hereto, neither party will sell, or other authorize any third party to use, any portion of the customer database for Armchair Millionaire or any information regarding users of Armchair Millionaire included therein. Intuit and iVillage will collaborate to develop a mutually acceptable policy concerning the dissemination of information from the customer database.
