Customer Defects. If Customer notifies Iternal of a problem and Iternal correctly determines that the problem is due to Customer’s incorrect or improper use of the Solutions or failure to comply with the terms of this Support Agreement or the SaaS Rider (as opposed to a Defect in the Solutions), the resolution of such problem is not covered by Support. However, Iternal may provide consulting services to correct the problem pursuant to this Section 6.
