Customer due diligence requirements. (a) The Company must, as soon as reasonably practicable following a request of any Finance Party supply to that Finance Party any documentation or other evidence which is reasonably requested by that Finance Party (whether for itself, on behalf of any Finance Party or any prospective new Lender) to enable a Finance Party or prospective new Lender to carry out and be satisfied with the results of all relevant applicable customer due diligence requirements. (b) Each Lender must, promptly on the request of the Facility Agent, supply to the Facility Agent any documentation or other evidence which is reasonably required by the Facility Agent to carry out and be satisfied with the results of all customer due diligence requirements.
