Customer Input. Customer herewith grants to Hilti Corporation a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any of Customer`s input, suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback relating to the Services (“Customer Input”). Hilti Corporation and/or Service Provider shall have no obligation to implement Customer Input into the Services.
