Common use of Customer List Clause in Contracts

Customer List. Within thirty (30) days after the commencement of each Fiscal Year, or more frequently if reasonably requested by Administrative Agent, Borrowers shall provide Administrative Agent with a listing of all of Borrowers’ and the Subsidiaries’ material customers’ names and addresses as of the end of the immediately preceding Fiscal Year or as of such other date requested by Administrative Agent (it being understood that each customer with respect to each Eligible Account and Eligible Investment Grade Account is material).
