Customer Owned Data. All data uploaded by Customer remains the property of Customer, as between CCM and Customer (Customer Data). Customer grants CCM the right to use the Customer Data solely for purposes of performing under this agreement. During the term of this agreement, CCM will provide Customer Data upon request.
