Customer-provided Devices Sample Clauses

The 'Customer-provided Devices' clause defines the terms under which devices or equipment supplied by the customer are used in the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of both parties regarding the maintenance, compatibility, and security of these devices, and may specify that the service provider is not liable for issues arising from the use of customer-owned equipment. This clause ensures clarity about ownership, limits the provider's liability, and allocates responsibility for device-related problems, thereby reducing potential disputes.
