Common use of Customer Records Clause in Contracts

Customer Records. All documents arising from or related to the performance of Services for the Company, or its customers or Clients, are the sole property of the Company or its Clients, and constitute Confidential Information as defined in Section 6.1 hereof. In addition, Consultant agrees that the identities and contact information of Clients and customers of the Company are “trade secrets” within the meaning of the Virginia Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
