Common use of Customer Records Clause in Contracts

Customer Records. To the extent not previously provided to Buyer, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make available, upon reasonable request from Buyer, all readily available billing and service records for goods sold or services provided to customers of the Exchanges prior to Closing for so long as such records are required to be maintained by applicable law.
