Customer Reporting. Customer shall report any unscheduled system downtime and any error, bug, or defect in the Platform by emailing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ within a reasonable amount of time upon becoming aware or receiving notice of such system downtime, error, bug, or defect.
