Common use of Customer Responsibility for Data and Security Clause in Contracts

Customer Responsibility for Data and Security. Customer and its Named Users shall have access to the Customer Data and shall be responsible for all changes to and/or deletions of Customer Data and the security of all passwords and other Access Protocols required in order the access the Pryon Service. Customer shall have the sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all Customer Data. Customer is solely responsible for any personal data uploaded by Customer to the Pryon Service, and acknowledges that neither Pryon nor the Pryon Service needs access to any such personal data to provide the Pryon Service.
