Customer Service Hours of Operation. The Servicer shall maintain minimum customer service hours of operation Monday through Friday. The Servicer and the Program Administrator shall agree on these minimum hours of operation. Program Administrator, at the direction of a Lender Participant, reserves the right to request an increase and/or decrease in these hours upon written notice to Servicer, and Servicer agrees to accommodate such requests to the extent feasible under the circumstances.
