Common use of CUSTOMER SITE SPECIFIC INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

CUSTOMER SITE SPECIFIC INFORMATION. As soon as reasonably practicable after the: Commencement Date the Authority shall notify the Supplier of Customer Site Specific Information for Existing Customers; and date of execution of a Customer Access Agreement the Authority shall notify the Supplier of the Customer Site Specific Information for the relevant Customer, save, in each case, to the extent that the Supplier already has that information. As soon as is reasonably practicable after receipt of the Customer Site Specific Information pursuant to Paragraph 2.1 the Supplier use all reasonable endeavours to: verify and identify any omissions or inaccuracies in the Customer Site Specific Information; and where the Supplier identifies any such omissions or inaccuracies, obtain the missing information and/or rectify the inaccurate information. The Supplier shall provide the Authority with a copy of any information obtained by the Supplier, as a result of its compliance with Paragraph 2.2 within 10 Days of receipt, or within such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority from time to time. The Authority may from time to time request the Supplier to provide it with verified Customer Site Specific Information in respect of specific Supply Points. The Supplier shall: provide such Customer Site Specific Information to the Authority within five (5) Days of the Authority’s request; and provide such assistance to the Authority as it requires in ensuring that the Customer Site Specific Information is accurate and reflects the likely Customer demand.
