Common use of Customer Support Portal Clause in Contracts

Customer Support Portal. An online platform for Customer to submit and track support tickets and access the Licensor’s support knowledge database. Support Services do not include development, consulting or technical training. Any additional tasks derived from the ticket beyond knowledge transmission, and not specified hereunder, such as development, documentation, specific testing or remote access will be charged on an hourly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. The Support Services and Maintenance Services are collectively referred to as the “Services.” 5. Service Modification. Modifications to the scope of the Support Services may be made from time to time by Licensor and will be notified to Customer in writing.
