Common use of Customer Systems Clause in Contracts

Customer Systems. Customer is responsible for (i) the acquisition, set‐up and maintenance of its own mobile device and/or desktop computer equipment, as applicable, and the competent operation thereof in accordance with the Documentation; (ii) providing Provider with such access to its computer systems as is necessary for Provider to provide the Software Services; and (iii) providing all cooperation and assistance as Provider may reasonably request to enable Provider to provide the Software Services.

Customer Systems. Customer is responsible for providing (i) the acquisition, set‐up and maintenance of its own mobile device and/or desktop computer all equipment, as applicablesubscriptions and credentials necessary for DATUMIZE to receive the Customer Data, and the competent operation thereof in accordance with the Documentation; (ii) providing Provider all servers, devices, storage, software (other than the Customer Libraries), databases, network and communications equipment and ancillary services or equipment needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Service at its facility (collectively, “Customer Systems”). Customer shall ensure that all Customer Systems are compatible with such access to its computer systems as is necessary for Provider to provide the Software Services; Service and (iii) providing comply with all cooperation configurations and assistance as Provider may reasonably request to enable Provider to provide specifications described in the Software ServicesDocumentation.
