Common use of Customer Use Only Clause in Contracts

Customer Use Only. All Contract Materials are being manufactured hereunder exclusively for the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER shall use the Contract Materials only for its own purposes or studies under CUSTOMER’s control. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 6.1 is intended to prevent the resale of the Contract Materials to Third Parties, and is not intended to limit the use of the Contract Materials by the CUSTOMER for its own purposes.
