None of Sellers, the Company or the Company Subsidiary has received written notice from any customer (other than merchants from which the Company received less than $100,000 in revenues in 2003), distributor, sales agent or reseller material to the Purchased Business indicating that such Person intends to terminate (or does not intend to renew) its existing relationship with the Purchased Business.
