Common use of Customer’s Instructions Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Instructions. By entering into this DPA, Customer instructs Lucky Orange to Process Customer Personal Data only in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Laws: (a) to provide the Service; (b) as documented in the Agreement, including this DPA; and (c) as further documented in any other lawful written instructions given by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and acknowledged by Lucky Orange as constituting instructions for purposes of this DPA.
