Common use of Customer’s Instructions Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Instructions. During the term of this Agreement, Vendor will be responsible for ensuring that its employees, servants, and agents will, whenever on Customer’s premises, obey all reasonable instructions and directions issued by Customer. Vendor acknowledges its responsibility to comply with all United States Government security regulations.
