Customer’s Processing of Personal Data. Customer shall, in its use of the Services, Process Customer Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and comply at all times with the obligations applicable to Controllers or Businesses, as applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s instructions for the Processing of Customer Personal Data shall comply with Data Protection Laws. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the means by which Customer acquired Customer Personal Data. Without limitation, Customer shall comply with any and all transparency-related obligations (including, without limitation, displaying any and all relevant and required privacy notices or policies) and shall have any and all required legal basis in order to collect, Process and transfer to Wiz the Customer Personal Data and to authorize the Processing by Wiz of the Customer Personal Data which is authorized in this DPA.
