Common use of Customer’s Security Assessment Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Security Assessment. Customer agrees that the Service, the Security Measures and Provider’s commitments under this DPA are adequate to meet Customer’s needs, including with respect to any security obligations of Customer under Applicable Data Protection Laws, and provide a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Personal Data.

Customer agrees that the ServiceData Processing Services, the Security Measures and ProviderNextdoor’s commitments under this DPA are adequate to meet Customer’s needs, including with respect to any security obligations of Customer under Applicable Data Protection Laws, and provide a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of the Personal Data.

Customer agrees that the ServiceServices, the Security Measures and Provider▇▇▇▇▇▇’s commitments under this DPA are adequate to meet Customer’s needs, including with respect to regarding any security obligations of Customer under Applicable Data Protection Laws, and provide a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of regarding the Personal Data.

Customer’s Security Assessment. Customer agrees agrees, based on its current and intended use of the Service, that the Service, the Security Measures Measures, and Provider’s commitments under any other additional security controls described in this DPA are adequate to DPA: (A) meet Customer’s needs, including with respect to any security obligations of Customer under Applicable Data Protection Laws, Privacy Law; and (B) provide a level of security appropriate to the risk in respect of regarding the Personal Customer Data.
