Customer’s Software Clause Samples

The 'Customer’s Software' clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to any software owned or provided by the customer within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies that the customer retains ownership of their proprietary software and may specify how the service provider can access, use, or interact with such software during the course of providing services. By establishing clear boundaries regarding the use and protection of the customer’s software, this clause helps prevent disputes over intellectual property and ensures both parties understand their obligations.
