Customer’s Use of Service. Customer may use the Service solely for the Customer’s internal business use in accordance with and in the countries designated in the applicable Supplemental Terms, this SLSA and the Order, for avoidance of doubt, not for further sublicense or resale. Customer shall be solely responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s account. Upon request, Customer will provide Avaya with signed confirmation of its compliance with this provision.
