Customers. Executive, while employed under this Employment Agreement and thereafter during the Restricted Period, shall not, on Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any person, firm partnership, association, corporation or business organization, entity or enterprise, call on or solicit for the purpose of competing with INTCX or its affiliates any customers of INTCX or its affiliates with whom Executive had contact, knowledge, or association at any time during Executive’s employment with INTCX or its affiliates, or with respect to the Restricted Period, at any time during the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the beginning of the Restricted Period.
