Customization Clause Samples

The Customization clause allows parties to modify or tailor certain terms of an agreement to better fit their specific needs or circumstances. This clause typically outlines the process by which changes can be made, such as requiring written consent from both parties or specifying which sections are open to adjustment. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility within the contract, ensuring that the agreement can be adapted to unique situations or evolving requirements without needing to draft an entirely new contract.
