Customs and Border Protection. If Buyer is the purchaser under this Contract, Seller agrees to participate in such program or to adhere to C-TPAT equivalent standards. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to take no action that will jeopardize Buyer’s C-TPAT status.
