Common use of Customs Co-operation Clause in Contracts

Customs Co-operation. 1. Member States shall take appropriate measures, including arrangements regarding customs co-operation, to ensure that the provisions of this Agreement are effectively and harmoniously applied. 2. Member States shall take such measures as are necessary to facilitate the simplification and harmonization of trade documentation and procedures.
