Common use of Cut-off Date Master Servicing Data Tape Clause in Contracts

Cut-off Date Master Servicing Data Tape. The Sellers shall deliver not later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date an updated data tape, as of the Cut-off Date (the “Cut-off Date Master Servicing Data Tape”), containing the information of the same categories and same format as in the Master Servicing Data Tape. All the information included in the Cut-off Date Master Servicing Data Tape will be true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut-off Date.
