The Cut-Over clause defines the process and timing for transitioning from an old system, service, or provider to a new one. Cut-Over the act of the Department, Service Provider, or the Department’s alternative service provider taking over operating responsibility for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Cut-Over. Installation Services by Frontier will be completed in one (1) single continuous phase, unless a “multi-phased” implementation is requested by Customer and agreed per Section 6 or Change Order. In the event a multi-phased implementation is requested, additional charges will apply.
Cut-Over. 7.1. On the confirmed cut-over date, the AFASPs must transfer the Alarm Installation. At the time of the Alarm Installation transfer both the acquiring AFASP technician and the relinquishing AFASP technician must be present to ensure a smooth transfer. 7.2. FRNSW notifies the acquiring and relinquishing AFASPs online via FARMS of confirmation that the transfer of monitoring of the Alarm Installation has been completed. 7.3. Within five business days after FRNSW notification of confirmation, the relinquishing AFASP must delete the Alarm Installation record from its database.
Cut-Over. Purpose Deliverables Constraints and Assumptions
Cut-Over. In the event that SunGard becomes aware of a Business Outage Event, SunGard shall immediately begin to work to correct the Business Outage Event. If SunGard cannot correct the Business Outage Event within 90 minutes of the initial onset of the Business Outage Event, and a Cut-over will solve the outage, the Business Outage Event will be considered a “Declared Disaster.” SunGard will use reasonable efforts to notify Customer of the commencement of the Declared Disaster. At that point unless Customer objects, SunGard, through its system resources, will start the process to cut-over Customer’s Designated Firms to the Phase3 Disaster Recovery System (a “Cut-over”). Customer will be responsible (except to the extent that Customer uses an affiliate of SunGard for network system access) to have network system access available upon SunGard’s completion of the Cut-over and also to perform an application checkout process upon SunGard’s completion of the Cut-over. The SunGard system will be designed to achieve a Cut-over within no more than 90 minutes after a Declared Disaster

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Final Design Phase A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and/or any other Right of Way plan documents, subject to any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall: 1. Prepare final Drawings and Specifications indicating the scope, extent, and character of the Work to be performed and furnished by Contractor. 2. Visit the Site as needed to assist in preparing the final Drawings and Specifications. 3. Provide technical criteria, written descriptions, and design data for Owner’s use in filing applications for permits from or approvals of governmental authorities having jurisdiction to review or approve the final design; assist Owner in consultations with such authorities; and revise the Drawings and Specifications in response to directives from such authorities, as appropriate. 4. Advise Owner of any recommended adjustments to the opinion of probable Construction Cost. 5. After consultation with Owner, include in the Construction Contract Documents any specific protocols for the transmittal of Project-related correspondence, documents, text, data, drawings, information, and graphics, in electronic media or digital format, either directly, or through access to a secure Project website. Any such protocols shall be applicable to transmittals between and among Owner, Engineer, and Contractor during the Construction Phase and Post- Construction Phase, and unless agreed otherwise shall supersede any conflicting protocols previously established for transmittals between Owner and Engineer. 6. Assist Owner in assembling known reports and drawings of Site conditions, and in identifying the technical data contained in such reports and drawings upon which bidders or other prospective contractors may rely. 7. In addition to preparing the final Drawings and Specifications, assemble drafts of other Construction Contract Documents based on specific instructions and contract forms, text, or content received from Owner. 8. Prepare or assemble draft bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), based on the specific bidding or procurement-related instructions and forms, text, or content received from Owner. 9. Contract shall include contractor provided changeable message signs to communication construction information. 10. Furnish for review by Owner, its legal counsel, and other advisors, 6 copies of the final drawings and Specifications, assembled drafts of other construction Contract Documents, the draft bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and any other final design Phase deliverables, by the established due date, with the Final Design Phase, and review them with Owner. Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the furnished items, and any instructions for revisions. B. Engineer’s services under the Final Design Phase will be considered complete on the date when Engineer has delivered to Owner the final Drawings and Specifications, other assembled Construction Contract Documents, bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and any other Final Design Phase deliverables. C. In the event that the Work designed or specified by Engineer is to be performed or furnished under more than one prime contract, or if Engineer’s services are to be separately sequenced with the work of one or more prime Contractors (such as in the case of fast- tracking), Owner and Engineer shall, prior to commencement of the Final Design Phase, develop a schedule for performance of Engineer’s services during the Final Design, Bidding or Negotiating, Construction, and Post-Construction Phases in order to sequence and coordinate properly such services as are applicable to the work under such separate prime contracts.

This necessitates the need of designing and implementing Command and Control centers for critical infrastructure across different cities. A command and control center (CCC) in City Surveillance and Incident Response Project refers to a secure building in a government that operates as the surveillance monitoring center, coordination office and alarm monitoring center all in one. The CCC includes Video Surveillance room, Dial 100 Control room, Forensic Investigation Room, ITMS room and Data center & FMS/NOC Room. The CCC is the “nerve center” - a central administrative location from where overall assets and activities are monitored and managed. The command and control centers would be operated by State Police department. City Surveillance system would involve installation of high definition fixed and PTZ IP cameras, capable of providing optical zoom, to obtain quality video stream day in and day out for the Command & Control Center. A diversified IP based network infrastructure backbone would be deployed involving high speed fibre optics/ wireless technologies to carry video from cameras to the command and control center. The CCC would be equipped with huge video walls, workstations, video management servers and video data storage clusters of several hundred terabytes. The Command and Control Center would integrate with various security systems and sensors and enable the operators to carry out the coordinated response plans effectively. The Command & Control solution would allow the Video Surveillance Room operator/ Dial 100 operator to monitor the cameras, collect inputs, dissect information and make actionable recommendations. The system would provide configurable rules Collaborative Change Management monitoring-Feeds from various public and Capacity Building places where systems which include are already installed training of police like malls, personnel on various community centers, software's like airport and railway VMS,CCC,Dial station etc. 100,Forensic etc. Edge Equipments Network Connectivity (Cameras, Sensors, (Optical Fibre, Radio Panic Button, ITMS Communication, PRI etc.) Line, Switch etc.) with tailored alerts, dashboard visualizations, intelligent role based work flow, response tools and situation collaboration. Surveillance and Incident response project This RFP intends to select System Integrator’s who will be responsible for supply, installation, commissioning of procured items under this rate contract and FMS of Edge Equipments/items procured under this rate contract, existing items available in Abhay Command Center in 26 districts and items to be procured till project completion for this project in different cities of Rajasthan.   • Cost Overruns The Borrower shall ensure that all cost-overruns over the estimated construction costs of the Project as certified by a quantity surveyor or the Architect or as ascertained by the Lender as and when they occur shall be funded by the Borrower’s own equity;

  • Excavation If an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to the Leased Premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the Leased Premises for the purpose of doing such work as said person shall deem necessary to preserve the wall or the building of which the Leased Premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundation, without any claim for damages or indemnity from Landlord, or diminution or abatement of Rent.
