CUTTING, FITTING, AND PATCHING. 3.25.1 The Design Build Entity shall do all cutting, fitting, or patching work required to make all parts of the Project come together properly and to allow the Project to receive or be received by the work of Separate Contractors shown upon, or reasonably implied by, the Contract Documents. 3.25.2 The Design Build Entity shall not endanger the Project, or adjacent property by cutting, digging, or otherwise. The Design Build Entity shall not cut or alter the work of any Separate Contractor without the prior consent of The City’s Representative.
