Cyber Liability. RSA shall indemnify the Civil Society against any Loss incurred by the Civil Society arising from a Claim that first arises during the Period of Insurance for a Cyber Liability Event. In respect of this Extension RSA shall indemnify the Insured against any fees, costs and Expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Civil Society in employing the services of an external public relations consultant, crisis management firm or law firm for the sole purpose of providing guidance to the Insured in order to minimise or limit any adverse publicity in relation to a Cyber Liability Event, a) RSA has given its prior written consent to incurring such costs and Expenses (such consent shall not be unreasonably denied, withheld or delayed); b) the maximum liability of RSA during the Period of Insurance for such fees, costs and Expenses shall be the single aggregate limit of £100,000.
