Common use of Cycle Clause in Contracts

Cycle. A calculation will be made as of the last day of each anniversary of the first day of the Base Lease Term each year and such Supplemental Rent will be due and payable by Lessee on the date on which the next Maintenance Reserve payment is due (in accordance with Clause 9.2) following such Flight Hour/Cycle calculation period.
