Daily and Weekly Hours. The standard daily and weekly hours for Regular Part-Time Employees shall, for purposes other than overtime (e.g.: increments, determining employee status, etc.), be deemed to be those found in Schedule “A” of the Collective Agreement. Overtime shall be in accordance with 8.1(1) or (2), described above, as applicable.
