Common use of Daily Deposits to Depository Account Clause in Contracts

Daily Deposits to Depository Account. Manager shall collect all gross revenues and other proceeds connected with or arising from the operation of the Facility, the sale of all products, food and beverage, and all other activities of the Facility and deposit the related cash, other than reasonably required cage cash and ▇▇▇▇▇ cash, daily into the Depository Account at least once during each twenty-four (24) hour period. All money received by the Facility on each day that it is open must be counted at the close of operations for that day or at least once during each twenty-four (24) hour period. Manager agrees to obtain a bonded transportation service to effect the safe transportation of the daily deposit to the bank, which expense shall constitute an Operating Expense.
