Daily Ea Sample Clauses

The 'Daily Ea' clause defines the maximum allowable energy output, measured in megawatt-hours, that a power generation facility can deliver in a single day. This clause typically applies to renewable energy contracts, such as those involving solar or wind farms, where daily production can fluctuate. By setting a daily cap, the clause helps manage expectations for both the energy provider and purchaser, ensuring that delivery obligations are clear and that any excess or shortfall is addressed according to the contract. Its core function is to provide predictability and risk allocation regarding daily energy delivery.
