Common use of Daily Fee Clause in Contracts

Daily Fee. Client shall pay Consultant (i) a daily fee in performing the Services in the field and not in the office by C▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with this Agreement an amount equal to $550 per day, or hourly pro rata share thereof for Services performed and (ii) amounts agreed by the Parties for other employees of Consultant and subcontractors to Consultant for services performed both in the field and in the office by such employees and subcontractors (the “Monthly Fees”).
