Daily Fees. The Daily Fees payable by the Purchaser under this Agreement shall be calculated in accordance with the current St Andrew’s Fees Charges in force from time to time, subject to any requirement for additional funding regarding the provision of services to any patient where that service is excluded from the daily rate quoted in the St Andrew’s Fee Charges.
