Daily Job Reports Sample Clauses
The Daily Job Reports clause requires the contractor or service provider to submit regular, typically daily, updates detailing the progress and activities performed on a project. These reports often include information such as work completed, personnel on site, equipment used, and any issues encountered during the day. Daily Job Reports. Daily Project reports prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s employee(s) who are present on Site, which shall include the information required herein.
Daily Job Reports. 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:
6.7.2.1.1 A brief description of all Work performed on that day.
6.7.2.1.2 A summary of all other pertinent events and/or occurrences on that day.
6.7.2.1.3 The weather conditions on that day.
6.7.2.1.4 A list of all Subcontractor(s) working on that day, including DIR registration numbers, Subcontractor employees working, and hours of work.
6.7.2.1.5 A list of each Developer employee working on that day and the total hours worked for each employee.
6.7.2.1.6 A complete list of all equipment on Site that day, whether in use or not.
6.7.2.1.7 A complete list of all materials, supplies, and equipment delivered on that day, and verification that all materials, supplies, and equipment comply with the Contract Documents and are properly stored.
6.7.2.1.8 A complete list of all inspections and tests performed on that day.
6.7.2.1.9 Daily verification the Project is properly secured from the public and unauthorized entry.
6.7.2.2 Each day Developer shall provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the District or the District’s Construction Manager.
Daily Job Reports. Contractor shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. Each day Contractor shall provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the Construction Manager. These must be prepared by the Contractor's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:
5.1 A brief description of all Work performed on that day.
5.2 A summary of all other pertinent events and/or occurrences on that day 5.3 The weather conditions on that day.

6.6.2.2. Each day Developer shall provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the District or the District’s Construction Manager.

Contractor shall maintain at least one (1) set of reports on the Project prepared by Contractor’s employee(s) present on site, and which includes (but is not limited to) the following information: a brief description of all Work performed on that day; a summary of all pertinent events and/or occurrences on that day including records of all tests and inspections; a list of all subcontractor(s) working on that day; a list of each Contractor employee working on that day; the total hours worked for each employee; a complete list of all equipment on the Project that day, whether in use or not; the time Work commenced and ended; weather conditions; accidents or injuries; and Work progress made for that day (“Daily Job Reports”). Contractor shall keep the Daily Job Reports current and in good order and shall make current copies available to District upon request. In addition, the Contractor shall submit a digital copy of the report to the District within 48 hours of the day reported. Each report shall have at least two digital photographs imbedded in the report showing job site conditions.

These must be prepared by the Contractor's employee(s) who are present on Project site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information. If no work is performed on a particular day or days, the Contractor shall instead provide to the Judicial Council within seven (7) days of request, a certification to that effect indicating what day(s) on which no work was performed.
