Daily Maintenance Sample Clauses
The Daily Maintenance clause sets out the requirements and responsibilities for performing routine upkeep on equipment, facilities, or property on a daily basis. It typically outlines the specific tasks to be completed each day, such as cleaning, inspections, or minor repairs, and may assign these duties to either the service provider or the property owner. By establishing clear expectations for daily care, this clause helps ensure operational efficiency, prevent deterioration, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs due to neglect.
