Daily Nominations Clause Samples
The Daily Nominations clause establishes the process by which parties specify the quantity of goods or services to be delivered or received on a daily basis. Typically, this involves one party submitting a daily schedule or notice indicating their required amounts, which the other party must acknowledge and fulfill, subject to any agreed-upon limitations or adjustments. This clause ensures operational clarity and flexibility, allowing both parties to coordinate logistics efficiently and respond to changing needs or circumstances.
