Daily Rates Clause Samples
The Daily Rates clause defines the amount to be paid for services or work performed on a per-day basis. It typically specifies the rate applicable for each day of work, which may include details such as what constitutes a billable day, how partial days are handled, and any exclusions or special conditions. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of compensation for daily work, reducing disputes over payment calculations and providing a straightforward method for invoicing and budgeting.
